Note: Depending on inventory, some colours and designs may be out of stock. Efforts will be made to back-order any out-of-stock items ASAP. Please let us know if backorders are ok.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. 100% of order is due at time of order placement.
Shipping is based on weight and your country and will be added at check out. USPS and Canada Post Expedited is the preferred choice by the seller.
We are not responsible for customs or import fees. Please check your country's policies if you are placing an order outside of North America. We are not responsible for items lost due to the fault of the carrier.
We aim to provide you with a product that is of good quality and accurately reflects the order you placed. If an item reaches you in a damaged condition we will refund the purchase price on return of the item less associated shipping and handling costs.
Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your items to undertake any returns.
We do not accept return of products after 30 business days from shipment date.
Custom Artwork for RaDTaGZ product:
It is your responsibility to provide artwork in AI (Adobe Illustrator), delays may happen if artwork is not provided in this format. A sample will be produced for all custom work for your approval. Delivery turnaround timeframe is based on the date which the sample is approved for production. RaDTaGAZ logo appears debossed into the bracelet.
